We believe in balance in all things so we’ve created a space where we’re able to blend holistic & clinical treatments & modalities in order to create truly customized experiences for each of our clients. Our facial treatments are designed to correct & repair your skin from the inside out. We think you will find them to be a necessity in your overall health & how well you plan to age. In addition to basic relaxation facials, full body waxing, lash enhancements & body scrubs/wraps, we offer advanced facial & body treatments to include: Dr. Vodder manual lymphatic drainage, NeoLifting inspired sculptural lifting facials, gua sha fusion facials, dermaplaning, nanoneedling, enzyme & chemical peels, HydraFacial Syndeo treatments, DMK Enzyme Treatments, AnteAGE MD microneedling collagen induction treatments, laser hair removal, photofacial, RF microneedling, RF skin tightening, body contouring, thermolysis & permanent makeup. Our primary skincare line is Lira Clinical, a very active line. We also carry & work with DMK, DMK MD, AnteAGE, AnteAGE MD & for our most sensitive skin clients, Hale & Hush, which is Oncology approved. We also use additional specialized products from various lines to treat specific concerns. ‼️IMPORTANT‼️ Our products & services are highly specialized & we require that your skin is properly prepped before performing advanced treatments on you. So with that being said, all first time facial/peel clients will need to choose from the “New Client Consultation & Facial” category. These appointments include extra time for consultation & skin analysis, allowing us to go over your skin & health history so that we can create a personalized treatment plan for you. All first time advanced treatment/laser clients must choose the “Advanced Treatment Consultation” prior to receiving their first advanced/laser treatment. Cancellation Policy
‼️PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BELOW‼️
~Cancellation Policy ~
Due to the extreme number of no-shows & last minute cancellations, we have been forced to implement a non-negotiable booking/cancellation policy:
☀️ When you book, you will leave a 50% non-refundable booking fee.
☀️ If you need to cancel without rescheduling, you will lose your booking fee.
☀️ If you need to reschedule 24 hours or more before your original scheduled appointment time, your booking fee will move with you.
☀️ If rescheduling is done less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time, the 50% booking fee will be kept as your last minute cancellation fee.
☀️ If you no-show, then you will lose your 50% booking fee, be blocked from future online booking & will need to book directly through us, pre-paying future appointments in full.
We understand life happens but we are simply unable to continue to take the financial loss for everyone’s emerging situations & stay in business, so we’ve come up with a solution that we’re praying you’ll consider fair.
~Credit Card Policy~
Due to the rising costs of operating a business we are no longer able to carry the expense of credit card purchases. We prefer cash or check but for your convenience are still allowing the use of credit cards at this time, however, there is a 3.5% fee for all credit card charges, including your online booking deposits, that goes directly to the credit card processor. You can avoid this fee in the future by paying cash or check at the time of your appointment for the remainder of your balance, as well as for your next appointment deposit or if you would like to bring cash in full to your appointment & your next appointment deposit, we will refund your booking deposit to your credit card, including the processing fee.
We do NOT accept debit cards, even when used as a credit card, so please do not use your debit card to book your appointment. We hold no liability in your decision to violate this policy.
